Affinity is a Canadian distribution, product sourcing and marketing company, specializing in globally branded and OEM mobile phone products for consumer electronics and mobile retailers. We were established in 2005.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Affinity accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Can I use more than one credit card to pay for my purchase?

No. We are only able to accept one credit card per purchase.

Is my credit card number secure?

Affinity uses a PCI-DSS certified processing provider which protects your information and ensures confidential data security.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

No, we only ship to Canadian addresses.

How do I know if Affinity received my order?

How long will it take to process my order?

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days.

When is my purchase charged to my credit card?

When you pace an order, we will process a preauthorization on your credit card for the entire amount of your purchase. Your credit card will be charged when items are shipped.
