Affinity Consumer Return & Exchange Policy

 

Products purchased online directly from Affinity may be returned under the following conditions:

 

  • Must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Must be in the original packaging and include all instructions and accessories.
  • Must not be altered or damaged.
  • We will exchange the item, or provide a credit to the original method of payment. Refunds are for product only, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Items that are, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Please contact our Customer Service Department toll free at 1-888-669-8158, or by email at kEncEmaildvtupnfstfswjdfAbggjojuzdbobeb/dpn to obtain an RMA number, as well as instructions for the return.  We require your original Order/Invoice # and the reason for the return.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued.
